For Lagos orders, delivery is typically same-day or next-day. For orders outside Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, and other major cities, delivery is usually 1–3 business days via trusted courier partners. We'll confirm the delivery timeline when you place your order.
Generally: use PrimePlus 5W-20 for modern Toyota, Honda, Lexus, and Ford engines (2010 and newer). Use 5W-30 for high-mileage vehicles and older engines. Use ATF IV for automatic gearboxes. If you're unsure, just send us your car model and year on WhatsApp and we'll tell you exactly which product to use.

Yes, absolutely. All PrimePlus engine oils carry genuine API SP+ and ILSAC GF-6 certification. These are the highest current standards from the American Petroleum Institute and the International Lubricant Standardization and Approval Committee. We never cut corners on certification and are happy to provide documentation on request.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, contact us immediately via WhatsApp with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Customer satisfaction is non-negotiable for us.
